Özet

Bu çalışmada Japon Eğitim Sistemi incelenerek; zorunlu eğitim, ortaöğretim, yükseköğretim, öğretmen yetiştirme, eğitim yönetimi ve finansmanı, eğitim süresi ve genel problemler açısından Türk Eğitim Sistemi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Japon eğitimi, Japonya’nın kalkınmasında önemli rol oynamıştır. Japon Eğitim Sistemi’nin en belirgin özelliği; eğitimle ilgili bütün unsurlar arasında işbirliği sağlaması, yerel yönetimlerin eğitime dâhil edilmesi ve özel sektör desteğinin alınmasıdır. Türk Eğitim Sistemi Japonya ile karşılaştırıldığında, Japon Eğitim Sistemi’nden örnek alabileceği yanlarının bulunduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki bilgilerin bu anlamda faydalı olacağı ümit edilmektedir.

A STUDY ON EDUCATION SYSTEM OF JAPAN: COMPARISON
WITH TURKISH EDUCATION SYSTEM IN MANY RESPECTS

 

Abstract

In this study, the education system of Japan has been examined and compared to Turkish Education System according to necessary education, secondary education, higher education, training teacher, management of education and financing, period of education and general problems. Japaneese Education, has contrubuted to the development of Japan. The most distinctive feature of Japaneese Education is that it provides a cooperation among all the elements, the including of local administration to the education. It also gets the support of private sectors. When we compare the Turkish Education System to the Japan one, we will see that Turkish Education System has many things to get from the Japaneese one. It is hoped that, these studies will be useful in this respect.
